Terms of Use
Last updated 26 September 2026
These terms cover your use of CourtFlow, provided by CourtFlow (“CourtFlow”, “we”). By using CourtFlow, whether as a player checking in or booking, or as a member of a venue’s team, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
What CourtFlow is
CourtFlow is software that venues use to run open play and court bookings. Each venue sets its own rules, prices, schedules and policies. CourtFlow helps run them but doesn’t make those decisions.
Players
- Enter your own name and details accurately, and don’t check in or book for someone else without their permission.
- Bookings, reservations, fees and cancellations are between you and the venue. CourtFlow doesn’t take payments. You pay the venue as it asks.
- Wait times and alerts are estimates to help you. Listen to venue staff, and don’t rely on an alert as the only way to know it’s your turn.
- The venue may remove check-ins or bookings, or refuse service, under its own rules.
Venues and their teams
- Keep your sign-in details private. You’re responsible for what happens under your account and for the team members you invite.
- You’re responsible for the information you and your players put into CourtFlow, for having the right to use it, and for telling your players how you use it.
- Your venue’s data belongs to your venue. You can export your reports and roster at any time.
- Fees for using CourtFlow, if any, are agreed separately between your venue and us.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse CourtFlow: no attempts to break in, overload or disrupt it, no access to other venues’ information, no harassment of other people, and nothing unlawful. We may suspend access that puts the service or other people at risk.
Availability
We work to keep CourtFlow running and your data backed up, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may improve and change features over time.
Limitation of liability
CourtFlow is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost revenue, missed games or disputes between players and venues, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount the venue paid us for CourtFlow in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Ending use
Players can stop using CourtFlow at any time. A venue can stop using CourtFlow by letting us know. We may suspend or end a venue’s access if these terms or the venue’s agreement with us are broken, and will give notice where we reasonably can.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top, and continued use after an update means you accept it.
